IP Warm Up Schedule Best Practice Guide

IP warming is the practice of gradually increasing the volume of mail sent via a dedicated IP address according to a predetermined schedule. This gradual process helps to establish a reputation with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) as a legitimate email sender.

*Based on 30M/month sending volume.  To warm up an IP to be able to send this volume in a month, we need to get to a stage where we can send around 1M emails in a day. The table below outlines the warm up plan for this target volume.

After follow up these plans you will see that your most of the emails will go to Inbox instead of Spam. Still don’t stop the process there. Increase sending amount further and you will be good to go.
